1 MAGTAPE
 The MAGTAPE function permits your program to control unformatted  magnetic
 tape  files.   Control  of  unformatted  magnetic tape files is limited to
 rewinding, specified by 3%, 0%.

 Example

 I = MAGTAPE (3%, 0%, 2%)
