/RGB=file-specification

    Specifies the file describing the color name to RGB resolution
    in this proxy server. This qualifier cannot be specified if the
    NORGB option is specified for the /OPTIONS qualifier.

    The default is /RGB=SYS$MANAGER:DECW$RGB.DAT.
