Syntax:  NEW MENU SEPARATOR menu_name before_menu_entry

  Adds a separator to a pull-down menu or pop-up menu.

  You can specify the name of an existing entry that the separator will
  precede.  If you do not specify an entry, the separator is added to
  the bottom of the menu.
