Syntax:  EXTRACT NEW ROUTINE routine_name_wild package_name_wild

  Extracts the definition of the routine(s) defined during this editing
  session.

  LSE inserts the indicated definitions at the end of the current
  buffer in a form that lets them be executed with the EXECUTE BUFFER
  PLSE command.
