Syntax:  SET BELL ALL boolean

  Sets the state that determines whether or not the terminal bell
  sounds when messages are written to the message window.

  LSE prompts you for a value.  Specify the parameter value on to set
  the bell on for all messages.  By default, the bell is set off.
