Syntax:  EXTRACT NEW PACKAGE package_name_wild

  Extracts the definition of the specified package(s) defined during
  this editing session.

  LSE inserts the indicated definitions at the end of the current
  buffer in a form that lets them be executed with the EXECUTE BUFFER
  PLSE command.
