Syntax:  EXTRACT NEW ADJUSTMENT adjustment_name_wild
              language_name_wild

  Extracts the definition of the specified adjustment defined during
  the current editing session.

  LSE inserts the indicated definitions at the end of the current
  buffer in a form that lets them be executed with the EXECUTE BUFFER
  PLSE command.
