Delete ...

    Choose "Delete ..." to delete a template name from a list of existing
    templates.  Select the template name from a list that is displayed,
    then choose "OK" from the resulting dialog box to delete the
    template.  Choose "CANCEL" to quit the operation without deleting the
    template.
