7-Bit Printer Mode

  When this button is selected, DECterm will modify printed
  text to be compatible with printers that do not support 8-
  bit characters.  This includes modifying Control Sequence
  Introducer strings (CSI) to use the format Escape-Left

  Bracket, rather than the single 8-bit CSI character.
