  Command Line Qualifiers

  If you define a symbol you can specify qualifiers when you
  run DECsound from the command line.  The following table
  describes the qualifiers that you can use to control how the
  DECsound session executes:

  TABLE:  Click to display table.

                                Note

      You can specify either the -speaker qualifier or the

      -headphone qualifier, but you must not specify both.
      If you specify both of these qualifiers, DECsound uses
      the one that is last in the command line.

  The following example shows how to invoke DECsound to
  play the BIRDS.AUD file at a playback volume of 50 without
  displaying the DECsound window:

  $  DECSOUND  -play  BIRDS.AUD  -volume  50
